What to wear?

You will remain fully clothed for your session. Come to your appointment wearing comfortable clothes that do not restrict movement-like yoga pants or lounge pants/gym shorts. While I can work through jeans or other types of clothing, you will get more benefit with looser clothes. You will be laying down on your back on a massage table with whatever supports your body needs to be fully relaxed.

How soon will I see results?

Well, there will be changes happening as soon as we begin working. Often there are several layers of issues that need to be addressed throughout the whole body before lasting symptom relief occurs.

Should I come if my symptoms are flared up or I have an active migraine?

Yes! Unless there is an active contagious infection we are safe to treat. If you are sick or feel unsafe to drive, please reschedule.

Do you work on infants/children?

I will work on adolescents on occasion. For small children and infants, please contact me and I will see if there is a referral available in the area.

Can I receive craniosacral therapy if I am also getting physical therapy/acupuncture/chiropractic/etc?

YES! One of the hallmarks of craniosacral therapy is that it enhances other modalities. It will allow your body to shift more toward wellness and improved function while not undermining the other treatments you are receiving.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Bending Bridges Healing Therapies accepts cash, check, credit card, and Venmo for payment. HSA/HSA cards are also accepted.

What if I have questions/concerns after my session?

How do I book a session?

If you are new to the practice, send a text or email (or call and leave a message) and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

If you haven’t scheduled your next appointment before you leave, please text for availability.

Online scheduling is not available at this time.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance, but can provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company if massage therapy is covered.
